Our neon signs are crafted by hand, utilizing LED flex neon lights. They are completely free of gases and mercury and operate using 12 Volt DC Power Supply Adapters. There is no risk of any hazardous occurrence when the lights are turned on. Unlike traditional glass neon signs, our LED neon signs are constructed without glass and will not overheat. Additionally, they are more energy-efficient than their glass counterparts.

What I can customize? an image or logo?

We have the capability to design and produce virtually anything you require. Please email us the image of your logo, company name, tagline or any artwork that you would like to transform into a sleek glowing sign.

What size can my personalized neon sign be made in?

We offer a range of sizes for The Neon Sign, varying from 20”/50cm to 80”/200cm in width. The height of the sign is determined by the font and number of lines. If you have a specific size in mind, please let us know and we can accommodate your request.

What are the color and shape options for the board?

Board Color:
Clear acrylic backboard (Standard).
Glossy White acrylic backboard.
Glossy Black acrylic backboard.
Gold acrylic backboard.

Board Shape:
Cut To Shape: The acrylic is cut to follow the shape of the lettering.
Whole Board: The acrylic is cut in a rectangle or square.
Hollow Out: The acrylic is cut exactly to the letter.

What is the procedure if the product arrives damaged?

We kindly request that you inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you find that your neon sign has been damaged during shipping, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving it. Additionally, we ask that you take pictures of the broken sign while it is still in the box, depicting the damaged parts, and attach them to your email. We will promptly respond to your email and work with you to resolve the issue.

What is the best way to clean neon lights?

The best way to clean neon lights is by using a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild glass cleaner. It is important to avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could potentially cause damage to the fluorescent coating or electrical components. Gentle wiping is recommended to ensure the longevity of the neon lights.
